More and more teachers are looking for a way to showcase student learning in digital ways to parents in a single and easy to use interface. By combining student ePortfolios, formative assessment, and parent communication into a single simple to use tool, the team in Wolf Creek Public Schools is partnering with FreshGrade to provide teachers with a simple platform to instantly capture and share evidence of learning. Parents now have a perpetual window into their children’s classroom and students have attractive and engaging learning portfolios without having to print their digital projects into big paper binders. This presentation will elaborate on the benefits afforded to K-12 educators, parents and students; and ultimately, show real world examples of how the software is being utilized to elevate the learning process and drive student achievement while saving paper, time and increasing parent involvement.
